Good Morning Sunshine

 God Bless you today on Palm Sunday. Holy Week. God has risen for us and we celebrate his victory all week. The good and the bad. 

As I look at this migrant problem at the border I wonder why the U S A isn’t billing, charging a fee, or taxing the countries where they are coming from. Tax, charge a fee for each individual from their country and Mexico for allowing it to happen. They may not get the money but it looks a lot better than just come on over and we will take care of you. The countries that they are leaving have been doing this for years. They have never been verbally put on notice that there will be a fee charge for each immigrant. It makes us look more assertive than just sappy. Come up with an alternative. They will continue to come and be welcomed, but charge these countries that are dumping their problems on us. These people need help.

These people need help and if their country won’t help them then we need to charge them, the country, daily. Let them know we are not a dumping ground.

 L uke 8:11-15 New International Version 11  “This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God.  12  Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved.   13  Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away.  14  The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature.   15  But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.
