Good Morning Sunshine

 It puts a smile on my face and joy in my heart when I know I am communicating with you. It’s just you and me. So good morning my love. I’m reading my bible more now that I am communicating with you. I know I can be difficult and get mad at you for stuff you don’t think matter, but they matter to me. God has directed me today to Matthew 15:1-16:20. I don’t even know which part I want to emphasize. Pharisees who question the behavior of his disciples which isn’t in accordance with their customs but Jesus says it’s not what you do on the outside it the words that come from your heart. Then he ignores a Canaanite women, I guess she was a rich woman, who asks Jesus to heal her daughter from demons, his disciples are quick to turn her away and even Jesus rebukes her but her response shows him she is faithful and he heals her daughter. He then goes on a mountainside and the community brings their sick and lame and he heals them all.This always made me think that they weren’t following his word but following a healer. His words were secondary in their lives but after he healed, they believed. Next he feeds them because he healed thousands and then he fed thousands. That was Jesus. This shows me Jesus and his followers were human with emotion and feelings. Let’s care for each other. This is a time for showing that we care and love one another. I am now on long term disability and won’t be returning to work for quite some time.I need this time to center my self between the rational and emotional mind. I want the wise mind to help me make decisions that are important. It doesn’t mean I won’t swing between the two extremes but I will have the tools to center myself.
